Deposits and payments are non refundable
unless other wise stated in the contract.If horse is to be shipped buyer must pay for Halter, Lead and health papers and any
feed required by shipper... If you see something you like dont hesitate to email for more pictures...No Horse is considered
sold or secured until a deposit has been placed on them..I reserve the right to change the price of a horse as
I see fit if a deposit has not been placed on a horse...We can now only accept Cash,Money order,Paypal, and
cashiers check for down payments and payments on horses.NO Personal checks...and Cash only at Pick Up of remaining balance..If
you have put a deposit on a horse and have a set date for it to be picked then it must be picked up by that date..unless a
contract is signed horses must be paid in full within 30 days after original deposit..any vet examines or testing that
buyer may want should be done before depsoit is made and contract is signed.once contract is signed the deal is done..
